1Check the color format of the signal source

Check the color format of the video output from your signal source according to the user manual of the signal source.

2Set the supported color formats of the capture device

  • For USB Capture (Plus) Family, download the utility software USB Capture Utility V3, and then refer to this article to add the color format of the signal source to your capture device.
  • For Pro Capture and Eco Capture Family, refer to this article to add the color format of the signal source to your capture device.

3Select the appropriate color format in the video capture software

In your video capture software, select the newly added color space and save the settings. Then check whether the color of the video is displayed normally.
