Yes. Please make sure that the HDCP and HDR functions are turned off before capturing signals, otherwise the capture device can't work properly.

To turn off HDCP and HDR in PS4-Pro

  • HDCP: go to "Settings > System > Enable HDCP" to turn off the HDCP function.
  • HDR: go to "Settings > Sound and Screen > Video Output Settings > HDR" to turn off the HDR function.
