Can multiple USB Capture (Plus) devices be connected on one computer?

Yes. To ensure that the bandwidth won't be affected, make sure each USB capture device can be connected to an independent USB 3.0 Extensible Host Controller.
In Device Manager, expand Universal Serial Bus Controller, and then check USB composite devices under each USB 3.0 Extensible Host Controller.
For USB Capture Gen 2 Family and USB Capture Plus Family devices, you can use USB Capture Utility V3 to view current USB speed .
