Pro Capture cards that support CC (Closed Caption) function have compatibility issues with the Media Foundation interface.

This problem can be solved by disabling CC. Steps are as follows:

1. Install Pro Capture driver (version 4060 or above).
2. Open the Registry Editor, and then open the path: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\ProCapture\$(CARD_NAME)\Board X, Channel Y.
3. Set the value of EnableCC to 0.
4. Restart the computer.
