Manage Licenses

You can contact your local dealer to buy or renew a license to increase the number of Control Hub Registered Devices, Streaming Channels, and Active Outputs.

This function requires the administrator permissions.

Authorized Info
  1. Enter the Settings > License page from the navigation pane.
  2. Check permissions of Registered Devices, Streaming Channels, Active Outputs and Expiration Date.
    • Registered Devices: the maximum number of devices that can be joined to the Control Hub.
    • Streaming Channels: the maximum number of the streaming conversion tasks.
    • Active Outputs: the maximum number of outputs being added to Streaming Channels.
    • Expiration Date: the final date on which the current license is valid.
    After the expiration date, the license will be expired. If no new license is added, the Control Hub functions might be restricted as follows.
    • All devices which have joined the Control Hub will be offline.
    • All live stream functions will not work.
Registered License
  1. Enter the Settings > License page from the navigation pane.
  2. Check registered licenses including Name, Serial Number, Permissions and Expiration Date.

    Purchase a new license when it expires.

    Note that if a license being used is registered to a second Control Hub, the license will be valid in the second Control Hub. The previous registered Control Hub functions would not work.

  3. Add a license.
    1. Click + Add and type in the Name and Serial Number of license, then click OK.
    2. You can check the current limits at the top left of the Web UI.
  4. Remove a license.
    • Click Remove and ensure if you want to delete the license.
      Be cautious that if the license is removed, all Control Hub functions might be not work.
Post-processing
  • If your license is expired or invalid, please contact your reseller.
  • If your license limit has been reached, please contact your reseller.
