Upgrade Control Hub

You can online update Control Hub to get the latest version. Update is recommended to be performed while none of stream conversion, configuration, or maintenance operations are ongoing.
  1. Enter the Settings > Upgrade page from the navigation pane.
  2. Turn on switch, and the latest released version will be detected automatically.

    By default, the function is on. When a new version is detected, a icon will flow on the control pane. You can check the New Version from the Online Update section displayed as below.

  3. Click icon to check for the latest version manually.

    The latest version files detected will list in the File List section.

    Pre-release version requires professional support, please do not use it by yourself. It may cause unexpected damages.

  4. Click Update button to download and install the new version file if any, or you can choose to update to a specific version from the File List.

    Do not disconnect from the power source or perform any operation while updating the Control Hub as this could damage your service.

    After a successful update, the Control Hub will auto reboot to make the new features work.
    We recommended you perform the upgrade operation while none of stream conversion, configuration, or maintenance operations are ongoing.

  5. Verify: checking for "Current Version" should be your target version.
