Recommended Server Configuration for Magewell Cloud

  1. Purpose: Magewell Cloud running 24/7
  2. Recommended server configuration:
    • OS: Ubuntu 16.04（LTS）
    • Memory: 4GB
    • CPU: i3-4330T CPU@3.0GHz*4
  3. Run Docker Engine-Community 20.10.7, and use Magewell Cloud v1.0.19732.

  4. Service configuration:

    • 6 RTMP sessions which are sent by ultra Stream Gen2 at 16M. Total bandwidth is about 100M.

    • Sending 54 video streams include 30 RTMP streams, and 24 SRT Caller. Total bandwidth is about 700M.

  5. Running result:

    Running 24H*3D: Cloud CPU usage at 30%, Memory usage at 50%.
