- A complete redemption code includes unique “Title” and “Serial number”. Please check with your dealer if you haven’t received it.
- Check the internet connection of the server that hosts your Magewell Cloud instance or if it is hosted in the public cloud. If you haven’t deployed the software yet, please consult your dealer or check User manual we have prepared for you.
- Get the administrator account (Admin) and password.
Procedures
- Sign in to Magewell Cloud with administrator account (Admin) and password.
- Navigate to the Cloud Settings > License tab and click
in the Registered License section.
- Enter Title and Serial Number of the license activation code and then click OK in the Add window.
- You can check your license status as shown in the following picture.
