Do USB Capture (Plus) devices support other manufacturers' USB cable?

For USB Capture Gen 1 Family, USB Capture Gen 2 Family and USB Capture Plus Family products (except USB Capture AIO), the USB-A-to-USB-A connectors they use are customized, so it is not recommended to use other manufacturers' USB cable.
Other capture devices (including XI200XUSB, XI104XUSB, XI006AUSB and USB Capture AIO) use standard USB-A-to-USB-B connectors, so you can use standard USB 3.0 cables from other manufacturers. We recommend that the length of USB cable should not exceed 3 meters.
