- Check whether there is wireless interference introduced by other APs. If the Wi-Fi networks around are using the same frequency channel they might be causing the interference as well. Use the proper Wi-Fi tools, such as Wi-Fi Analyzer, to analyze the quality of wireless channels.
- Put Ultra Stream and your smart phone close to the same AP and compare the Wi-Fi signal strength on both ends. If both ends have weak signal strength, a different channel or AP which provides good connection should be switched to. Otherwise, go to the next step.
- Change your modem to the 5G (802.11ac) frequency when the Ultra Stream is placed close to the AP.
- Use the Sub Stream for APP preview.
