Can't find Magewell capture device in Zoom Rooms

Windows In the Windows OS, right click , and select Device Manager. Then you can check whether the Magewell unit is in the Camera list. Not found: Check whether you have used the cable provided by Magewell, or you can connect to another USB port. Found: Check the privacy settings. Please refer to  the 3rd section in Can't use or find Magewell capture device on Windows. macOS  In the macOS,  click Apple icon > About This Mac > System Report.  Then you can check whether the Magewell unit is in the Camera  list. Not found: 1. Check whether you have used the cable provided by Magewell. 2. Connect to another USB port. 3. If you have changed the color space with  USB Capture Utility V3, refer to Video capture software can't find video capture device after changing the color format in USB Capture Utility V3 (Mac). When using USB Capture series devices, only one resolution can be configured in capture software such as OBS

This may be due to the camera settings in Windows 11, and you’ll need to adjust the default camera configurations. Click the Windows "Start" button, then navigate to "Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Cameras". In the "Bluetooth & devices > Cameras" window, select the desired camera from the list, such as USB Capture HDMI 4K Pro. Click the "Edit" button of "Advanced camera options". Turn off "Allow multiple apps to use camera at the same time". If you need multiple apps to use camera at the same time, you can turn on the switch. And then you can select the camera resolution from "Media type". The current options include 640x360, 2560x1440, 1920x1080, 1280x720.
