Manage Firmware Files

Magewell Cloud provides the firmware file management function, a cloud-based file manager, which enables you to access files anytime, anywhere via a web browser.
  1. Enter the Cloud Settings > Device Firmware page from the navigation pane.
  2. Upload a file.
    • Click Update and choose a firmware file to store it on Cloud.

      You can get the latest firmware file of Magewell product from Magewell Download Center>

  3. Find a file.
    • Sort files based on different criteria including product type, hardware version, then you can find it super easy to access and retrieve any file.
  4. Delete a file.
    • Check the box of specific version, and click Delete.
