Call the driver panel of capture card. In the Video tab page, click the Capture tab, select the Crop input check box, and then consecutively click the arrows inside the four text boxes to adjust the video display area.

The picture below shows how to crop video when the capture resolution is 1920x1080. The ordinates of point (0,0) and point (1920,1080) correspond to the four values of the Crop input option.
