Pro Capture HDMI 4K Plus, Pro Capture HDMI 4K Plus LT, Pro Capture Dual HDMI 4K Plus LT and Pro Capture AIO 4K Plus support 1080p240Hz video input and capturing. USB Capture HDMI 4K Plus supports 1080p240Hz video input. However, due to the bandwidth limitation of USB 3.0, this product does not support 1080p240Hz video capturing.

How to use the driver panel to set AR conversion mode Call the driver panel of capture card. In the Video tab page, select an option for the AR conversion property. Differences between the three AR conversion modes Ignore: ignores the original aspect ratio and stretches the image to full-screen. Cropping: keeps the original aspect ratio, stretches the image to full-screen, and then crops the portion out of the capture dimension. Padding: keeps the original aspect ratio, stretches the image until it reaches the horizontal or vertical boundary, and then add black borders on the remaining fields. When opening USB Capture (Plus) devices on Linux, the following error messages are shown: uvcvideo: Non-zero status (-71) in video completion handler. uvcvideo: Failed to resubmit video URB (-1). uvcvideo: Failed to resubmit video URB (-1). This problem is known to happen in three situations: The computer's power supply module is underpowered. Other devices around the capture device caused interference. When using GStreamer as the video capture software, the Videosink doesn't support Zerocopy. You can try to fix the problem by changing the kernel or plugging the USB port into the rear panel of your computer.
