How to deal with audios captured by USB Capture (Plus) devices are all noises

If yes, please check with your PC brand manufacturer or PC motherboard manufacturer for the latest USB 3.1 updates. How to recover from encoder upgrade failure

When an upgrade fails due to an upgrade fault and the device cannot boot, you can perform recovery upgrade so that the device can boot successfully. After the device starts up, you can then proceed to perform the normal upgrade. 1Perform the recovery upgrade Use the USB RNDIS function to connect devices. Use an USB cable to connect your Pro Convert device and your PC. Enter the IP address 192.168.66.1 in the explorer on your PC to access the recovery upgrade page as shown on the right. Add the upgrade file on the recovery page. Follow the instructions to perform the recovery upgrade. When the recovery succeeds, click Reboot. 2Perform the normal upgrade When the Pro Convert device reboots, perform the normal upgrade on the Web UI. If your USB RNDIS address is not the default one, enter the Ethernet IP address or the actual USB RNDIS address of your Pro Convert device to open the Web UI, go to System > Firmware to perform the normal upgrade. After the upgrade is complete, your device can run properly.

On the motherboards of certain models, Pro Capture multi-channel cards cannot be identified after reboot

How to turn on/off AP mode for Ultra Encode

AP mode is on by default. You can go to Network > AP section to turn on/off the AP mode and change AP password.

Can I set one live stream server to use the main stream and the other to use the sub stream when using Ultra Encode

Yes. You can select the main stream or sub stream for each session.

Can Ultra Encode stream to multiple destinations at the same time

Allow simultaneous sessions over the same streaming protocol. Up to 6 sessions of TS over RTP and TS over UDP simultaneously. Up to 6 sessions of SRT Caller and SRT Listener simultaneously, containing one SRT Listener session at most. Up to 6 sessions of RTMP and RTMPS simultaneously. It means that as long as the destination server allows, RTMP/RTMPS video platforms such as Twitch, Facebook, YouTube can be streamed to at the same time with your accounts. Stream only 1 session of HLS (push), RTSP, or NDI HX (NDI|HX2).

What is the encoding format for live broadcast through Ultra Encode

Two data encoding methods for main stream: CBR(constant bitrate) and VBR(variable bitrate) - which can be modified in the WebUI > Encoding Parameters, and CBR for sub stream - but can not be changed.

What to do if I forget the Web UI password of Ultra Encode

Forgot admin password: Product Operations Ultra Encode HDMI (Rev B) Ultra Encode SDI (Rev B) Ultra Encode HDMI Plus Ultra Encode SDI Plus  Connect the device to your computer using the provided USB cable.  Type the USB NET IP address 192.168.66.1 in your web browser to access the Web UI.  At top right of the "SIGN IN" page, click "Reset all settings" to restore the device. The username will be "Admin", and the password will be "Admin". Be cautious that resetting your device would restore configurations to defaults. Ultra Encode HDMI (Rev A) Ultra Encode SDI (Rev A) Using a paperclip or similar object, press into the hole shown in the figure. Hold the paperclip in place until all indicators but power flash twice, then remove the paper clip. The username will be "Admin", and the password will be "Admin". Be cautious that resetting your device would restore configurations to defaults. Ultra Encode AIO  Connect the device to your computer using the provided USB cable.  Type the USB NET IP address 192.168.66.1 in your web browser to access the Web UI.  At top right of the "SIGN IN" page, click "Reset all settings" to restore the device. Be cautious that resetting your device would restore configurations to defaults.   Forgot a general user's password: Sign in Web UI with the administrator account, then go to User Admin tab, then you can change the specific user's password.

How is USB Fusion different from other capture devices

USB Fusion is a member of the capture product family, but features more advanced functions compared to other capture devices, mainly: Enhanced capture capability: simultaneously support two HDMI HD inputs and one USB HD input Production capability: support switching sources and compositing sources into a multi-view layout (picture in picture or side by side). When used in conjunction with the Web UI and App, USB Fusion allows using video/audio/PDF files and adding web pages, and supports many more video processing and production functions, including video processing, recording, and annotating.

Is USB Fusion plug-and-play

Yes, except USB audio input and output connected through the WEB CAMERA port, which needs to be set on the Web UI. Refer to How to Set USB Audio Device. After connecting input and output devices to USB Fusion, you can immediately use the video/audio captured by USB Fusion on your computer, without any configuration of USB Fusion. No driver needs to be installed on the computer.
